Workshops Inquiry Form

In order to better understand specific needs and provide individualized service to our clients, please complete this form prior to enrolling in our workshops.

You will require a password to complete the registration process. The password will be provided by the workshop's coordinator after you have completed the inquiry form and an intake interview.

Launch into Life!

Please note that Launch Into Life! workshops are for adult caregivers. Please include the caregiver and their teenager's information in this form.

All participants will be contacted by marnie@tipes.ca prior to enrollment to complete an intake interview to determine the participant's eligibility. 

Please note that workshop schedules are dependent on participant interest. All participants interested in groups outside of the current season will be added to the group's waitlist.
