Community Support and Resources
We understand how difficult it can be to find support for you or your child. Navigating various support systems and resources can be overwhelming, so we’ve compiled a list of agencies that can help you get started.
The following agencies are first point of access agencies that do not charge clients for visits:


Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) https://www.cheo.on.ca
CHEO is a pediatric hospital that caters to children and teens 0-17 years of age.
Crossroads Children's Centre
https://crossroadschildren.ca/
Crossroads is a mental health organization offering free services to children under the age of 12.
Youth Services Bureau
https://www.ysb.ca
Crisis Line: 613-260-2360
Youth Service Bureau is a mental health organization that supports teens over the age of 12. This service also includes a crisis line, mobile support, and employment support.
Parents Life Lines of Eastern Ontario (PLEO)

PLEO provides support for parents with children and youth navigating mental health services up to age 25.
Autism Ontario
Autism Ontario is a provincial charity supporting families and individuals with autism, as well as providing regional systems navigation. There are few to no fees for service.
Service Coordination
Service Coordination is for case management of children and teens with autism, developmental delays, and/or physical disabilities. There are no fees.
