TIPES is happy to announce our new hybrid Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) classroom! This program is designed to provide learners with the opportunity to learn in a small-ratio classroom environment, as well as receive one-on-one intensive behavioural intervention (IBI) therapy. Up to four leaners will attend a classroom where they will follow a typical classroom schedule filled with circle time, group activities, arts and crafts, and more––as well as receive IBI therapy for up to one hour per morning.

The hybrid ABA classroom is available for part-time learners and is taught by two experienced IBI therapists. This program is recommended for learners who are enrolled in IBI for a minimum of three sessions per week and are looking for a complimentary program to work on skills taught in group settings. Please note that this is not a replacement for IBI therapy. Please connect with your senior therapist to determine if the hybrid ABA classroom is right for your child’s learning needs.

This program runs between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and clients can register for up to five sessions per week. Schedules for this program will follow the Ontario District School Board school calendar (P.D. and school closures will be scheduled).A minimum of three enrolled learners is required for the program to run.
